Goings ons in Iceburg

So a couple days ago it was 20 below. That's right. And I got to walk to class in it! Besides that being in Rexburg at BYU -I is awesome. My roommates and I have lots of fun together and my classes are great. Here are some pictures! Kendra and I had a grocery adventure and bought a pumello (which is pretty much a really big grapefruit). Kendra, Melissa, Natalie, me and Kim all went to Rick's, our FHE brother and the pig farmer, wrestling tournament. Now I can say I know a wrestling champion. It was fun, but I'm still not huge fan of it. The last picture is of our first Sunday this semester.

We had so much fun!  We missed Steph, Lex and Becca!  Check out the amazing quilts Dawn made Nicole and Monica.  More pics to follow, just thought Steph might like to see some pics this mornings.

How Blessed We Are....

Family! So I'm sure that most of you already knew that we had the opportunity to have President Monson come speak at BYU on Sunday for a CES fireside for young single adults I believe. My roommates and I went at 2 pm to wait in line outside in the cold for the fireside that started at 6! We had our blanket, our Ensigns, and our scriptures along with all those other people waiting to have a wonderful time with for those four hours! :) Well we got seats about the 8th row up (not counting the floor seats) and we saved 17 seats for all our friends! It was amazing of course, and one of the best experiences in my life. Well in addition to that, today we had Elder Holland come speak to us for our regular BYU Tuesday devotionals, and I think that this was the best talk I have ever heard in my life. I didn't get there early enough for good seats, (we had to finish our orange-glazed blueberry scones first...delicious!) But although we were far away, the spirit was so strong and the mes
